Who's behind our booth and why
Many brands struggle with demos because teams rotate reps constantly just to cover more territory or fill events quickly. We don’t do that - we hate turnover. Inconsistent representation hurts both our clients and ourselves. We wouldn’t run our own business with someone we don’t trust, and we know our clients feel the same.
Instead, we work with dedicated brand ambassadors—many of whom are industry veterans who have been demoing in their local natural markets for years. This consistency ensures that every interaction reflects our brands accurately and professionally, building trust with both stores and consumers.
Furthermore, dedicated full-time reps mean we fill their calendars with only a few brands per month rather than having them juggle multiple companies with different standards. This focus allows them to give each brand the attention it deserves and maintain the level of consistency our clients expect. (That’s also why we have a 10-demo minimum per region per rep—so they can stay deeply engaged and connected.)
Because of their deep relationships with local stores, they can go make impact beyond standard demos—driving product displays, achieving TPRs, and even securing additional placements.
